Are there any precautions to take when storing after opening?

To avoid humidity, light, and transfer of odors, remove air from the bag and seal it tightly, then store it in a cool, dark place at room temperature. Please avoid the refrigerator as condensation during taking it in and out can damage the tea leaves. Consume promptly after opening.

Can it be stored long-term (refrigerated or frozen)?

If unopened, it can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. However, to prevent condensation, please make sure to return it to room temperature in its packaging before opening.

What payment methods are available?

You can use credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express), Paypal, postal transfers, bank transfers, and cash on delivery.

How much is the shipping cost?

For each delivery location, if the total purchase amount exceeds 10,800 yen (including tax), shipping will be free nationwide. If the amount is less than 10,800 yen, the shipping fee will vary depending on the delivery area and shipping method. Please check the confirmation screen in the shopping cart for details.

Is gift wrapping or usage of a gift tag available?

We offer paid box packaging and convenient wrapping for gifts. Requests for decorative paper can also be made in the comments section. You can choose the wrapping from the gift menu. If you have any questions about wrapping or decorative paper, please feel free to contact us via email or phone.

Can I return or exchange the delivered product?

As a general rule, returns are not accepted for food products, but in the case of a defective item or shipping error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will promptly exchange it for a good product at our cost of shipping.

How long will it take to arrive after placing the order?

If there is no specified delivery date, we will usually ship within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation. After shipping, the estimated arrival time is the next day for Honshu, and the day after next for Kyushu, Hokkaido, and Shikoku. *Please note that we do not ship on Sundays. Additionally, during the new tea season from May to July and the busy period in October, it may take up to 7 business days for shipping. Can I specify the delivery carrier?

We usually deliver via Yamato Transport (Takkyubin) or Letter Pack. Please note that we do not accept requests for specific delivery carriers.

Can I get a receipt?

Yes, it can be issued. You can choose to include the receipt in the remarks section when placing your order. You will be able to check the invoice in the notification email upon order completion, and the receipt after the product has been shipped.

Is there a direct sales store (physical store)?

We have a store in Kuraga, Ibaraki Prefecture. For the latest business days and hours, we are continuously informing you via Google Maps and our official Instagram, so please check before you come.

What are the business hours?

The basic business hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

When is the regular holiday?

We are closed every Thursday and Wednesday, as well as during the New Year and Obon holidays. We also have irregular holidays, so please check Google Maps and our official Instagram for updates.
