"Sashima tea" is a historic tea-producing region that was the first in Japan to export to America 150 years ago. It was developed as a tea for export over 60 years ago, but over time it was forgotten in the tea industry, the rare variety "Izumi."
30 years ago, the head of our farm became captivated by the various expressions of "Izumi" and began cultivation, sensing its potential as a fermented tea.

The oolong tea from Yoshida Tea Garden is born from the careful extraction of the original aroma of the variety to its fullest potential.
